Our refund policy is clear -- 100% satisfaction or 100% money back!

We promise a 30 day money back guarantee on all products in our online store if you are not satisfied. We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer's complete satisfaction, including a full refund if that's what it takes.

In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 30 calendar days of your date of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available. Partial refunds are available for multiple-item orders.

To request a refund, contact us using the information on our Contact & Support.. You may call, write, and indicate in your message, you MUST provide your receipt number, a list of the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please bear in mind also that ALL issues of refunds shall be forwarded to our Payment Processor (2Checkout), and as such, may take several business days to process. We shall, however, endeavor to facilitate requests for refunds as maybe directed by them at all times.

Incomplete refund requests, whether via phone, post,  will NOT be accepted, so PLEASE -- provide all the information we need to complete your request!
